Renewal of bilateral cooperation conventions:

1. Mediterranean Agronomic Institute in Montpellier (IAMM) followed to the institution of Advanced Studies of Agriculture in the Mediterranean (CIHEAM).
2. French Development Research Institute IRD.
3. Signing memorandums of understanding with:
4. The Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation, Integrated Rural Development Unit, World Food Program Projects, for joint implementation of summer practical training of the faculty students, starting from summer, 2008.
5. Faculties of Agriculture, Universities of: Kafr El-Sheikh, Alexandria and Zagazig, for joint preparation and implementation of locally and internationally funded research proposals.    
6. Supervising translation and editing of the Arabic version of the annual report of CIHEAM for 8 years up till now (since 2004).
